He said that he knows people work hard for their money and that they have many options for a new door. He is always grateful when people choose Hamburg Overhead Door. I had the feeling that Jeff wanted nothing more than to install the best possible door in the best possible manner. After he finished Jeff took the time to show me where to lubricate the chain and hinges and then even swept up his work area.
